Order Processing

Orders are processed after your payment has been successfully confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking information to update after the package has been scanned into their system.

If your tracking information has not been updated for several business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Little People's Boutique cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.
